VW HAIR DESIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION: The student learners are accepted for enrolment on a “VW Hair Design” Extension Training Course on the condition that the learners will attend the course, on the date, at the time and venue specified upon registration.

PAYMENT: A 50% deposit must be paid no later than 21 days before the course date that the host learners have registered on. The deposit is a non-refundable payment as this deposit secures the students date for their specified course. Full and final payment must be made no later than 7 working days prior to the course starting that the student learners have registered on. All cheques to be made payable to Verona White.

CONFIRMATION and INVOICE: Upon receipt of a host learners completed registration form, together with the correct fee an invoice will be issued confirming the required course.

CANCELLATION: Upon notification by “VW Hair Design” Hair Extension Training of the course date, a student can change their allocated course date with-in 14 days of their confirmed course if spaces are available. “VW Hair Design” Hair Extension Training reserves the right to change a course date with-in 14 days of a confirmed course date. If a confirmed learner cannot attend the course on their enrolled date another learner can be nominated to take their place.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be made to any learner unable to attend a confirmed course date. In the event of a student failing to attend a confirmed course date or complete the course for any reason no refunds will be made. A later course may be considered for the student learner upon a written appeal to “VW Hair Design” Hair Extension Training. Fees for courses are not refundable if the course is interrupted or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of “VW Hair Design” Hair Extension Training however an alternative course will be scheduled. “VW Hair Design” Hair Extension Training policies on Registration, Payment, Confirmation, Invoice, Cancellation and Refund do not affect your statutory rights.

COURSE ITINERARY: “VW Hair Design” Hair Extension Training courses start at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break for which learners make their own arrangements. Courses will be conducted in English; any learner unable to speak English will have to arrange their own interpreter at their own expense. “VW Hair Design” Hair Extension Training will not arrange interpreters, accommodation, travel or meals.

EQUIPMENT: Learners attending courses are requested to bring their own personal hairdressing tools an equipment list will be sent when learners complete registration. All other tools, products and materials will be supplied by “VW Hair Design” Hair Extension Training.
